I told a lady the story about when I first tried zeolite about 15 years ago with one of my listings. I have used some of what I bought from you and given some to friends. It's still great. As I told you Realtors often have problems with a variety of odors for a variety of reasons in some of the homes they list for sale. I have been a real estate agent in the FVREB for 20 years. I served as a volunteer on a variety of board committees over 8 years. I was a Director of the FVREB for 5 years. I have very close ties in the 3 BC boards that I have mentioned as well as BCNorthern real estate board and the Kooteny real estate board. As well, I have very close ties with the Edmonton and Calgary real estate boards. I have worked closely with all of these boards and was extremely influential with them in choosing the Multiple Listing Service software that they have used for the past 6 years. I have spoken and have good relationships with each board's EO, Assistant EO, and Board of Directors. I have also spoken many times to the membership of each board during the choice and instalation of the program. Over the years I have recieved thousands of phone calls and emails from real estate agents from these boards, especially the FVREB, to answer questions like: what do you think of this model of cell phone, what do you think of this real estate software program, what do you think of this computer, what do you think of this real estate guru,... <strong>AND "I've got a big problem. Do you know anyway top get rid of this smell?"</strong> This is an inexpensive way for a real estate agent to be a hero in their client's eyes whether they're working for the seller(s) or the buyer(s). That house I told you about 15 years ago, I had to use 20 large bags of stone sized zeolite! That was extreme. I can imagine agents supplying their homes with at least 2 each and probably 5 - 6 for the house, 1 for the fridge, and 1 for each car the family owns. And when they explain to their clients that they can renew the product by putting it in the sun or microwaving it for 2 minutes every 4-6 months and then it could last for 3-4 years, they'll be huge heroes. In fact, we have used it to do so. My recommendation would be the Bin Fresh-N granules. If the gas has already dried, dampen it again with water and then sprinkle a fine covering of the zeolite granules on the area. Leave for a minimum of 24 hours, 48 would be better and vacuum up. If you put a clean bag in the vacuum, you will be able to reuse your granules. You can then place the granules in the sun to recharge them and use them in your compost, or your garbage can, or another spill on a carpet.
